Use Autotrader dealer auction instead… horrendous experience with Carwow. Sold our car through their “auction” process. The dealer that agreed to buy then gave a million and one excuses why couldn’t collect, relisted only for the same to happen, unfortunately this isn’t an auction, there’s no binding agreement to purchase… there’s nothing to stop anyone registering as a dealer, winning every auction with no intent of ever following through with a purchase. What a waste of time. Took a week to get listed due to awful offshore customer service, put a reserve on way below market value, achieved a sale and took days to validate documents, dealer buying then discounted price by £500 for miles done since listing, took a week to get in touch only to go over car with fine tooth combe and want to reduce price again. Customer service are difficult to talk to by phone, never respond to email and who service is appalling. Withdrew from sale and wanted 2wks. Never again. Avoid!!!
