Didn't bother to contact the customer!!! But then wanted to take a 18k car away to apparently to do the job in between his other work from what i can gleam!! Imagine ! Explaining that to an insurance company!!!!!!!!!
Excellent service from start to finish. We had a bad dent on our car's seal. Now you wouldn't know it was there. Jimmy is very professional, knows his trade, and is reasonably priced. Nice bloke too, who keeps you updated on times he can arrive and go. BTW he likes coffee and chocolate biscuits.
I cannot recommend their services enough. James is so friendly and considerate. He was happy to talk over exactly what he would do, so I understood the process and what was needed. I'd absolutely use these services again if ever needed, but hopefully we won't. I should also add, we were given a very fair price, he beat the competitor's quotes and I'm so happy with the results - the car looks brand new
