Not a ford agency any more garage looks run down service very ordinary best days are behind them needs a new management team tired looking older guys that don't seem bothered with anything, shame as the former business was well respected.

Delivering, decent lads ,for drivers of hgv , double park there is very rarely any where to park
When I take my car to the main dealer I always give Carters a call first. They are usually cheaper than the other main dealers and they are a great bunch of lads who you can trust. I have only ever had 1 issue with the work done but they bent over backwards to rectify where some other dealers would have just dismissed it. I would recommend Carters to anyone who who is looking for a Ford garage.
