Very slow, maybe even non-existent service? My mother was interested in a bungalow that is for sale in the street next to where I live. However, the property is on for such a ridiculous price. The house in question is on for 225k! My husband emailed and asked for a rationale behind the price and never received a response. The house in question is actually priced higher than a three bedroom semi in the joining street. The people who run this estate agents are clearly very unprofessional and inexperienced. Amazing experience buying and selling through Carter's! From the first to the last phone call they went above and beyond expectations. Consistent updates helped to make the process feel more manageable and complete honesty from the word go meant that I knew exactly what we were getting. The video meant that the house we sold didnt even make it to market before being sold STC. Cannot recommend the whole team enough, all we can say is a massive thank you 🤍
