Very good, effective service, with care and consideration
excellent service, friendly , efficient, helped my problem with my waxy ears.
Absolutely fabulous service. Professional, knowledgeable, I think good value, no delay in dealing with my issue and also important, Shelley way very kind and considerate in her dealing with this customer.
My experience at Carters Ear Clinic couldn’t have been more relaxing and enjoyable - Shelley is a credit to her profession and clear with her instructions on her procedures. I would recommend Shelley to anyone and I will be returning soon for another checkup.
Got a next day appointment very good communication.Shelly was extremely professional explaining every stage of the treatment in a calm way,my problem was difficult to fix but she solved it without me feeling any pain ,my hearing is now back to normal and I'll be going back for a preventive treatment in 6 mths. I would not hesitate to recommend Carters Ear Clinic
