This estate agent is awful. They tried to carry out the end of tenancy property inspection whilst I was still in contract with them by turning up to the property to carry out this inspection without even agreeing it with me. Then they told me that if I didn't let them carry out the inspection on that day (despite being within my contract period) that I'd owe them £105 because they'd have to carry out the inspection 'out of office hours'.
