A really professional but friendly service to provided. My consultations were thorough and calm and at ease. I’m extremely happy with my new glasses. I would highly recommend.
I always have a good experience when I visit Carter Bailey Opticians. Helen the optometrist is great with clients. She always gives you a very thorough, non rushed eye examination. They have a good selection of specticals to browse before you decide on a pair of your choice. They don't take long to make up your prescription and call or text you when they are ready to collect. My specticals have always been spot on with my vision. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I've been with Carter Bailey for a long time. They are brilliant. Friendly and meticulous to arrive at the correct prescription. They have a good range of frames and have also glazed some frames I bought online.

Excellent practice, very kind and helpful, examinations are always extremely thorough and the range of glasses is amazing, always get compliments on my beautiful glasses, highly recommended.
