I have had two opportunities to work with ICC. The first time, my wife had been hit in a parking lot and had some damage to the bumper. It didn't seem like a big deal, but I am not a collision expert. We got a quote from another company and it was pretty high, and then we decided to get another from ICC. Thank goodness we did. Had my truck in there after an accident. They had the rental car right there when I dropped it off. They kept me up to date on the status of the repair and it was ready when they said it would be. Professional and efficient.

I did a number to the front left of my car... From the beginning they managed expectations. Letting me know that the process could be long it did take a while but they always pro-actively gave me status updates. So far the quality of the work seems great. I would recommend.

I was recommended to Wilson Collision after my car was hit on 85, smashing in both doors on the passenger side of the car. (2002 XLE Camry) When I called I talked to Kathy, who couldn't have been more helpful, making the arrangements to have the car taken care of. When I arrived David Wilson took over, he inspected the car and insured me it would be repaired as good as new, but would take a few weeks, which I expected. My vehicle was brought to the shop as a recommendation of the insurance company. The damage to my vehicle (05 mdx) was very extensive and they did not cut one corner on the repair. I had a few minor issues with my vehicle after the repair and they were addressed and handled professionally. They do very quality work.

Did a great job pulling and filling a large dent. I was very impressed by the paint matching. Very professional staff, a painless repair. I'd definitely go back.

I took my car to ICC upon recommendation of my insurance agent. They were great! My car looks perfect and the service I received there was impressive. If you need your car fixed this is a wonderful and reliable shop to go to.

Recently after we were rear-ended, the whole team was very courteous and extremely geared to making sure we were well taken care of. From my car being towed in to the end result, they stayed in touch and gave me updates over the 3 weeks it took to repair my car.
