I took my car to get repaired last week at ICC.Great service, and very professional. I am going to recommend ICC to my family and friends!!
WOW! You just don't find service like that every day. Highly recommended, very quick and friendly, the whole staffs were smiling, even first thing in the morning. Don't even consider taking your car anywhere else.
I got in a little fender bender a few months back and ICC was recommended by my insurance. These folks were consummate professionals. They got me in quickly, took care of all of the insurance work and returned my truck to me on time, looking great and cleaned thoroughly inside and out. I would absolutely use them again in the unfortunate event I needed body work done again.
I was looking for a good reliable shop. A friend of mine referred me to ICC, and I took my Jeep some minor body work last month. They did a great job on my car, more than just was required, I had to have some extra work done and they gave me a great price practically nothing. The work they did was great! It was a pleasure to work with and responded to my emails very quickly. Scratch repair was completed on time and the total cost came close to the original quote. Fantastic customer service and the results were better than expected. I recommend this body shop.
I came into ICC for some body work after I just got my car, and they were so accommodating and easy to work with! I was so upset about my accident, and the last thing I wanted to worry about was dealing with the insurance and they took care of all that for me! In the end, my car looked like nothing ever happened!
I really blew it last week, I put unleaded fuel in my diesel truck. We have two trucks, one is gas and the other diesel. I get them mixed up sometimes, no I mean I have done this before. The first time I went to my mechanic and he drained the fuel and changed my filter and glow plugs. He charged me $675.00 and got my truck back on the road in 3 or 4 days. The service was very good. They got me in for an estimate immediately, dealt with the insurance company ordered parts as soon as the insurance company gave the OK and completed the repair as scheduled. They called me twice during the repair to let me know the status. Very friendly staff. Car looks great!
ICC Collision revitalizes my Lexus. I couldn't believe how awesome it looked when Shannon showed me after a week's work. ICC definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't be happier with their work. Btw, I was involved in a car accident and the other side's insurance paid for the repairs. I felt like the entire time, Shannon was my advocate who was fighting for my best interest. Suffice to say, I definitely recommend this place.
