Was hesitant to take my car to ICC first, but the insurance company paying for my repair had a connection with them and wanted me to get my estimate there. When I went for my initial estimate, I arrived almost 30 minutes early and they were able to help me right away. They looked at the car and wrote up an estimate. They are simply amazing. They are very professional, keep it neat and they updated me on my car whenever I called. I love how they don't keep you on the phone forever, like other companies. They will make sure you get quality work and will get you something you can afford. They don't rip you off. I will definitely go back anytime I need my car fixed again. Very friendly and helpful people too.

I have had two opportunities to work with ICC. The first time, my wife had been hit in a parking lot and had some damage to the bumper. It didn't seem like a big deal, but I am not a collision expert. We got a quote from another company and it was pretty high, and then we decided to get another from ICC. Thank goodness we did. It was an amazing experience and much cheaper than our original quote from their competitor. Recently, we used them again for another accident. The service was equally amazing! Had my truck in there after an accident. They had the rental car right there when I dropped it off. They kept me up to date on the status of the repair and it was ready when they said it would be. Professional and efficient.

I did a number to the front left of my car... From the beginning they managed expectations. Letting me know that the process could be long it did take a while but they always pro-actively gave me status updates. So far the quality of the work seems great. I would recommend.

I was recommended to Wilson Collision after my car was hit on 85, smashing in both doors on the passenger side of the car. (2002 XLE Camry) When I called I talked to Kathy, who couldn't have been more helpful, making the arrangements to have the car taken care of. When I arrived David Wilson took over, he inspected the car and insured me it would be repaired as good as new, but would take a few weeks, which I expected. My vehicle was brought to the shop as a recommendation of the insurance company. The damage to my vehicle (05 mdx) was very extensive and they did not cut one corner on the repair. I had a few minor issues with my vehicle after the repair and they were addressed and handled professionally. They do very quality work.
