I have used their service several times now. I have never had any problems and have always been very happy with the results.
Did a great job pulling and filling a large dent. I was very impressed by the paint matching. Very professional staff, a painless repair. I'd definitely go back.
I took my car to ICC upon recommendation of my insurance agent. They were great! My car looks perfect and the service I received there was impressive. If you need your car fixed this is a wonderful and reliable shop to go to.
Recently after we were rear-ended, the whole team was very courteous and extremely geared to making sure we were well taken care of. From my car being towed in to the end result, they stayed in touch and gave me updates over the 3 weeks it took to repair my car.
Anyone looking for a place to have repairs done to your car has found the right spot. My car was backed into causing damages leaving it undividable. My job does recommend me to drive all over the city; my car is like my office and is needed at all times. ICC put me into a car rental right when I left my car and they did an excellent job on repairing the problem. Thanks a lot you will always have my business 40.
I decided to try this shop because of the good reviews, and yall did not steer me wrong. My car is old and ripe for overselling, but these guys fixed the problem without trying to take advantage. Great communication: The inspection and repair took exactly the amount of time they said and cost exactly the amount of money they said (which was less than other places). I didn't need a lot of work but they FAR exceeded my expectation. The service was polite, VERY timely and fairly priced. I won't go anywhere else. They did a great job.
Best place to go after an accident! ICC literally took all the stress out of my situation. First of all, after making my insurance claim they contacted me even before I had the chance to call. The entire process from getting an estimate to driving away with a like-new car took only a week. Great work and friendly staff! Had to have body work on my car after someone hit me, and then ran, in a parking garage. My insurance suggested ICC and another body shop. I chose ICC based on the wonderful reviews they have received online - they lived up to their reputation. The staffs were friendly and efficient, and my car door looks like new! Would highly recommend and will take my car back to ICC if I need repairs in the future.
