This shop is excellent at restoring your damaged vehicle back to new. I have taken several of my autos there and have never been unhappy with their service or their results. I have also referred many friends and family members, after they tried their services they feel the same way I do. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a body shop!

I was very pleased with the quality of work and customer service that the body shop provided. All employees were very professional and personable. On the day my car was ready the service representative offered to stay until I was able to make it from work to pick it up!! When I arrived I had a clean car (inside and out) waiting that looked and smelled like new! I anticipated the color of my car would be a hard paint job to match, but I can't tell a difference at all. I've taken my VW Jetta into ICC several times over the years and have always been completely satisfied. Fair prices, attention to detail, handling of rentals, work with insurance companies (or careful consideration of personal expenses), combined with quality work, good communication and timely delivery consistently produce a positive experience in difficult times.

ICC Collision Center is everything I look for in a vehicle repair shop. They were upfront about what kind of work my vehicle needed and there were no surprise charges. My car needed a part which had to be special-ordered from the dealership and they had it delivered within a day. There was a direct labor charge, not tons of little charges, and the work was done quickly. They were not short staffed, so customers were able to be assisted quickly and fairly. Excellent and professional service from start to finish! I own a small business myself and ICC sets an enviable standard. I felt taken care of from the moment I first contacted them through final delivery of my perfectly repaired and detailed truck. I highly recommend ICC to anyone who expects and demands the best.

Everything was great as my SUV had been keyed, but the shop did a great job repairing and repainting everything. They kept me in the loop and worked with my insurance very easily. This is the 2nd time I've worked with them and it's been great. Thank you.

I was in an accident and was not sure my car could even be repaired. However, ICC did repair it, and they did an excellent job!! Every one of their employees treated me with respect and was very courteous. Thank you for a job well done!! I give ICC five stars!!

My wife and I had an accident and it was the worst experience we have ever had. We were literally torn up about it because our insurance company, Allstate said we had to fix the car. The repairs were over $20,000.00 and we were amazed that they made us fix it. We wanted a new car because we paid 42,000 for the Infinity we just wrecked. Almost half the value of the car. They handled all the necessary prep work with my insurance company, and arranged for the rental, not to mention that the repair work itself was exemplary. They even washed and cleaned my car before delivery. Well done! I hope I don't have to, but if I need body work done on my car again I will definitely go back to ICC.
