I haven't even used ICC and I know they are good to go. Why? I took a car in to have some bodywork done, because it was near the end of its 4 year lease term. I know the bank will probably charge me an arm & a leg so I figured I should get it taken care of before the inspection. There I am, ready to give them money for work, but Eliot tells me that they can do it for me but that I can save money by just getting it detailed to get the majority of the damage taken care of. Love to support family-run local businesses like this one. Nothing flashy from the outside; clean inside with a reception area so you have someone to talk to right away. Don has fixed our Volvo wagon and advised us on purchasing other vehicles. I would highly recommend this place. It may not always be the cheapest solution to fix your car body and paint, but don has successfully convinced me how it keeps the value of your car way above normal. GECIO told me to go to ICC and couldnt even find the place and ended up at a different shop. I called GEICO and they were so very nice and gave me better directions. I found it and went inside were I was greeted with a smile and excellent service. The GEICO representative Mike went over all the repairs with me and Don from ICC, both of them were such nice gentlemen. I have all day to sit around and write reviews -- uh NO I dont have all day but ICC is worth it, you guys really took care of us. Our car is great, I almost totaled it out and ICC fixed it like new again. I think it is actually better because it used to squeak before the accident and now it doesn't anymore. Good job guys!

Had my car wrecked again this year and hurt it pretty bad this time. Everything went smoothly and I felt like I had a very honest interaction with everyone working there. Best part is they fixed it in a week and since I dont have rental car coverage that was a huge savings. They even cleaned it inside and out for free. Thanks.

I am in love with Kendall at ICC, she is so nice and so cute you just want to give her hug or a kiss or something. She talked to me like I was a friend for 5 years, I really liked the service. Every time they called me it was to let me know my car was moving along and what was going on with it. Every time I saw the number on my phone I knew I was getting some love from ICC. I have been completely satisfied and that takes a lot. My husband says I am hard to please and he is correct. ICC was able to take care of everything with the car and make it so easy, thanks guys.
