I came into ICC for some body work after I just got my car, and they were so accommodating and easy to work with! I was so upset about my accident, and the last thing I wanted to worry about was dealing with the insurance and they took care of all that for me! In the end, my car looked like nothing ever happened!
Great job on accident repair. Quick turnaround. Thought Tim was real honest, sat me down with my estimates (both his and the insurance company's) and he explained the whole insurance & repair process to me, enlightened me on a lot of things about deductibles, parts and labor and what insurance companies want to cover and what they don't. He interfaced with the adjuster for me, did the job and that was that. Car was done right and done within a week.
I really blew it last week, I put unleaded fuel in my diesel truck. We have two trucks, one is gas and the other diesel. I get them mixed up sometimes, no I mean I have done this before. The first time I went to my mechanic and he drained the fuel and changed my filter and glow plugs. He charged me $675.00 and got my truck back on the road in 3 or 4 days. The service was very good. They got me in for an estimate immediately, dealt with the insurance company ordered parts as soon as the insurance company gave the OK and completed the repair as scheduled. They called me twice during the repair to let me know the status. Very friendly staff. Car looks great!
ICC Collision revitalizes my Lexus. I couldn't believe how awesome it looked when Shannon showed me after a week's work. ICC definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't be happier with their work. Btw, I was involved in a car accident and the other side's insurance paid for the repairs. I felt like the entire time, Shannon was my advocate who was fighting for my best interest. Suffice to say, I definitely recommend this place.
I used to bring my car to the dealer for all repairs. No longer after I found ICC. I first brought my car in to get my mirror fixed after the dealer wanted to charge me a whopping $700. Screw it! I thought and I brought it here to have a second opinion. ICC said $200 will do the job. and it was all done...on the same day. No problems since and that was almost 6 months ago.
