Speedy service, extremely helpful, honest and nice.
Dent in the bumper. Took it to these guys, got the bumper replaced and my baby looks good as new. Highly recommended if you want a non stressful repair experience.
Was on my insurance company's list of service providers. They did a terrific job on my car, which had the side door bashed in by someone not looking when they were backing up in a parking lot. The work was excellent; the service was excellent; and all went smoothly. I'd definitely use them again... Although I hope I won't have to.
This shop knows what customer service is and isn't afraid to take it to the max. They handled everything from start to finish. Talked to the insurance company so I didn't have to and got me on my way. Thank you everyone at the shop for making my experience one worth sharing.
My whole experience from beginning to end was first class! They have some of the nicest people you could ever meet working there. They did everything they said they would and exceeded my expectations with turnaround time. Flawless repair + first class customer service = a happy customer who will come back again! This place is great. I've brought my previous car here several times for body repairs. They did a great job with small jobs like when I hit the pillar in the parking garage with the door and the time my car got broken into (smashed window and broken door handle and lock). I've also brought my cars in for detailing. I had spilled an entire coke in my center console and filled the cup holders, they took it apart and cleaned so nice, and they didn't even charge me extra. I have used ICC a number of times over the last few years, most recently a couple of weeks ago, and every time the quality of the work has been excellent. Their team of professionals are knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and have high integrity. I experienced great service when I recently took my new car in for body work on an unfortunate fender bender. The car looks like new again. I was heading out of town when I dropped it off, and the service staff even took care of meeting with my insurance adjuster without me having to be there. Highly recommend them!
Was hesitant to take my car to ICC first, but the insurance company paying for my repair had a connection with them and wanted me to get my estimate there. When I went for my initial estimate, I arrived almost 30 minutes early and they were able to help me right away. They looked at the car and wrote up an estimate. It all went very quickly and everyone was very courteous and friendly.
