Jess is amazing! Highly recommend. Very gentle techniques and extremely effective. Very knowledgeable and great at explaining everything. She quickly identified my issues were stemming from right down in my sacral area, which no previous osteopath had ever noticed and had drastic improvement after years of pain in a couple of visits. I also found next day I could suddenly tilt my head to the side again, which I hadn't even realised I'd lost the ability to do!
I saw Laura to treat an incredible painful neck injury, which turned out to be a pinched nerve in my neck. I was in agony before the visit. Following a gentle treatment session and some great practical advice, I awoke the next morning and the pain and discomfort was gone. I still need to be careful, but every day my range of motion has improved. I had a follow up visit and further treatment, but two sessions were all that was needed! Thank you Laura!
Jonathan did a brilliant job with helping with tennis elbow in both arms. With a bit of 'outside the box' thinking, he turned nearly 2 years of injury frustration into 2.5 months of rapid recovery. Very happy.
First time visiting as we were recommended to come to this osteopath for our newborn baby after she had a tongue tie procedure done. The lady we saw was brilliant, really informative and I was amazed at all the checks she did and how gentle and experienced she was with handling babies.
