When i first got the car had problems I had to pay for repairs (my own fault for not going through warrenty first) but arthur was very helpful with putting my concerns to rest cant say much about the other people at cars4uk

I had a fantastic experience with them. Not only were they professional and attentive, but they also took the time to address every single question and concern I had, whether it was about the car or the buying process itself. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. On top of that, they kindly helped me sort out a few minor issues that came up on the same day, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! not only is the customer service shocking ( and that’s being nice) the cars are not looked after at all. I purchased a car around 3 weeks ago from these people, and nothing but problems ever since. When I first brought the car I pointed out a couple of problems ( minor problems) and the guy said he would get them sorted for me before I collect the car. This was not done, I then booked in a week later to get these sorted which was really a new tyre which they told me it would be done in the day ... read more
