Customer service is lacking, bought a car from here which had a few issues that needed sorting from the get go - they did pay half but personally think they should have paid the full amount considering they sold me a car with issues, They did offer to take the car back however I wasn’t around the corner as I live 3 hours away and they seemed to think I could just pop in as and when which was highly frustrating - they were desperate to get the car back and mentioned another customer looking at the car so if I could return the... read more
