Travelled over 2hrs to view this professionally inspected audi a5 that all seemed good until I plugged diagnostics in it came up with 8 faults 4 of them major turbo/gearbox/aircon could have been a expensive mistake
This company is fraudulent and I will not recommend anyone to purchase from this company especially if you don’t have good knowledge of cars or are a new buyer. They will put high prices and customer service is zero level. They will only respond to inquiries before you purchase the car and will communicate as they want to sell off to you! Amazing experience with the guys at cars club Ltd Although the vehicle I was collecting had an issue when inspecting the guys here were very fast to reassure me it will be rectified and that is what they’ve done just awaiting collection details now Keep up the great customer service Highly recommended
Definitely a 5 Star establishment. Excellent car and service, buying was so easy, would recommend the team, even gave us bottled water as so hot, little touches, bought on a Saturday and delivered to my home address in the afternoon, what a service.
I have had an extremely poor experience with Car Club Traders over the past months. The vehicle I purchased had a major gearbox issue within the first three months, which meant the gearbox had to be replaced. They refused to cover the full cost of the repair, and it took nearly two months to resolve the issue. Beware of the supposed 'full warranty' that is offered, as it only covers a maximum of £1000, and the third-party company they use will do everything in their power not to pay out.
