I lived at my rented place for three years, and Carruthers and Luck were always available and efficient with their service. Connor was very professional and helpful and communication was very strong. I spoke to a lot of agents and C&L stood out to me. Their use of technology helped to manage viewings, but there’s always a human to speak to when you need them. I’ll definitely speak to them again if I’m looking for a place in future.

Thanks to Carruthers & Luck we managed to finally find our first home after over a year of searching. A special thanks to Callum as his hard word allowed us to complete our purchase well under 3 months. They also ordered us a bouquet of flowers to our new home which was a lovely touch.
