I'm shocked at how this agency decides if someone is capable of renting a property based on there wage bracket . Taking salary and x 30% gives them the outcome of what someone can afford. We live in a time where by most of us just about survive , we have to live in a ln extremely tight budget . This is just how it has to be , and I would not take on something I would not think possible.
