Terrible company to rent from Terrible staff. Subpar apartments. Our apartment was not move in ready when we showed up. The maintenance person is a horrible person who is known for intentionally neglecting residents of color. The fact that he's still there after multiple complaints by tenants lets you know how terrible of a company this is.

Great Touring Experience! Searching for a new home can be a challenging experience, but the Spring Creek office truly made it easier. I was welcomed with a smile, and my needs and preferences were taken seriously by the staff, who were warm and friendly. Melanie gave me a tour of the property, and I was impressed by the lush greenery. Though the property is older, it is well-maintained! Very friendly and respectful staff I came in for a walk in tour and was helped by DJ, she was excellent at making me feel comfortable and at home. While I ended up going with another apartment, the treatment I got was still above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Beautiful! Some places you go are unexpected gems! Romantically beautiful, an absolute treat, my husband and I did a tour with Miss. Petrila and was blown away with her kind and welcoming service. Can’t wait to stay here in the future! Just incredible!

Great place to live I have lived at Brookside for over 10 years now and I love it!! Office and maintenance staff are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Ricardo one of the long term maintenance staff is always friendly and gets the job done. As far as comments about trash, that is the valet trash pickup service. They go around collecting all the bags and put them to the curb. It has never been there long because the truck then comes around to get it. The rooster is not on Brookside property!!

Leasing Agent was Amazing!!!! I am so thankful to Dariana that is the leasing Agent for Spring Creek!!!! This Customer Service was top tier. And the Apartment that she showed me was nice. It was clean and affordable. They definitely got 5 STARS from me!!!

Never Again I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here, the rent office never answers the phone, maintenance guy is such a rude jerk. Literally accused me of leaving trash outside clearly when it was my neighbors. Plus not to mention bugs were everywhere in the kitchen. These people must know
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! We were told it was an 8 month lease and it was not. Even though we signed the contract stating it was an 8 month lease they changed it to 13 months without us even knowing about it. Now we are stuck having to pay for 13 months instead of 8 months like agreed upon. We chose the 8 month option, because we were having a house built.
