I would not recommend I would not recommend for multiple reasons. For the amount of the rent, the property is not maintained nor are the appliances & fixtures in the apartment. My washer knobs are literally held on by zip ties right now because when they came to "fix" them they didn't have the parts but were ordering them & would come back & replace them.
