Very nice apartment Living here since 3 years. Very nice apartment, 10 ratings school elementary to high school. Very good maintenance, they will attend immediately, kids r kids, Walmart, Bank of America, homedepot,Kroger... All near by. Management people also very good and conducts all seasonal parties for kids, kids will love this place, only minus is no park in the community. I like the... (Verified Renter) I like the maintenance people but that doesnt solve that i can hear the people walking upstairs very loudly & THE CARPET PAD & CARPET NEEDS TO BE THICKER. MAINTENANCE DOESNT CONTROL that the investors do! For the price we deserve better soundproofing & when i walk between rooms you can fel the tac strip because the carpet padding is too thin!
Looks like an excellent place My wife and I plus 2 of our kids visited here. The place is well-maintained and the staffer that we interacted with was friendly (even giving us an excellent lunch suggestion). The only reason why this property is off of our list is because there is no dog park here, despite the listing of a "bark park." Had there been one, this property probably would have been our #1 choice.
Love it here! Been here for almost 7 months and I love it. The people and the apartments itself are nice and very well maintained. I have no complains at all. I will definitely recommend living here. The staff and management are great!! And yes I agree the only down side is that the people tend to leave the trash outside their doors.. other than that it's very calming and relaxing living here. (backyard is nothing but trees)
hardwoods Very spacious 1 bedroom with dark hardwood floors. Nice big bathtub. The kitchen is open with a large bar looking into living room. Property is safe.
