I’ve lived in... (Verified Renter) I’ve lived in 4 different units. I even moved away for a year & came back because it’s quiet & I like the location. Never had any issues.
I'm very unsure... (Verified Renter) I'm very unsure about recommending these units right now, but the major issue seems to be staffing. This complex has always been more of a family complex and the current staff treat it more like a singles complex where people move in and out. I've been here 10 years and for the 1st time I am seriously considering moving when my lease is up if things don't improve

Based ONLY on... (Verified Renter) Based ONLY on maintenance staff, I would recommend this place. Otherwise...no way in he'll would I recommend it! No control over noise levels, children uncontrolled screaming bloody murder all hours of the day/night, graffiti being written on walls now. Just disgraceful!

It needs more... (Verified Renter) It needs more maintenance like i requested cleaning the stairs and havent seen anyone doing it, pool needs cleaning too plus the pool restrooms are so dirty and smells and no toilet papers amd every time i go to the pool to use the grill most of the time theres no propane. The complex is nice and quite but needs more maintenance to grab more residents.

Back gate is... (Verified Renter) Back gate is unable to be opened with remote for weeks. This is happening to a lot of residence. Communication to residence about events and gate issues are lacking.

All enter resident events are sent out via email blast and posted throughout the community, an email update may be needed to make sure you're getting all notifications.
I will not recommend these apartments to my friends I moved into Carrington park at Huffmeister in July 2016 and stayed here for approximately 3 years. I moved out in April 2019 after much dissatisfaction. I will definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone due to the following reasons: 1) Rent is high compared to many other apartments in Cypress 2) There is no valet trash 3) Parking spots closer to the stairs are limited and always filled and it is very frustrating especially after grocery shopping. 4) The security gates d... read more

My vanity is... (Verified Renter) My vanity is extremely low which makes my back hurt. The blinds in my apartment still have one that is old and disgusting. My washer is so old they have a hard time getting parts for it. My dryer does not work on certain settings. It takes over an hour to dry cottons, which I'm paying for the electricity for their unwillingness to buy anything new.
