Even though we signed the contract stating it was an 8 month lease they changed it to 13 months without us even knowing about it. Now we are stuck having to pay for 13 months instead of 8 months like agreed upon. We chose the 8 month option, because we were having a house built. I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here for three years now. I was disappointed that they increased my rent $145 more a month. I have never experienced such a high increase. I still need my microwave replaced and the garbage disposal.
