The community is... (Verified Renter) The community is very well maintained and the rules are strict to eliminate those that may like to bend the rules. This is the community that I have been seeking. I like that most of the residents are business professionals and it is located in the DTC where I work which makes the commute very easy for me.

I really enjoy living here. The apartments are spacious and I love the attached garage. The gym and pools are great amenities. The office staff is friendly and wonderful, and they put on a lot of great community events. The community is generally very quiet, and I feel very safe here. It's a great location, within walking distance to a great park, and lots of bars and restaurants. The only downside is how thin the walls are to the apartments. Amazing apartment Apartment is beautifully updated. All of the ladies in the front office are nice and helpful. The attached garage is something we were really looking for and this was one of the best options. The amenities are also great. Very happy here!
Carriage Place pretty much rocks! I love my apartment at Carriage Place. It has great views and a huge garage. Also it's very convenient to my DTC job. No complaints!
