Nice Staff.. Nice service center room for clients. Comfortable chairs, unlike many other service waiting rooms. Self service coffee. Staff kept me informed of progress with car. One item detracts. The TV. I am not a TV watcher and another client who wants to watch TV has no option other then to turn the volume up so not only they but all others in the waiting room have to hear what is on TV
Very Pleased I leased the vehicle that I had seen at the Miami International Auto Show in November '15. It had the exact equipment that I wanted. When it was time to lease another vehicle, I searched for the Kia dealer in Waco. I sent an email to the salesman and then went to the dealership to drive a Kia. I was pleased with the one that I drove. The people at the dealership were kind in every way. My husband's lease on his current vehicle will be over in July and I think that he will probably look at a Kia.
Fabulous They went above and beyond to help us get in a new car.
