Best Kia Dealership I purchased a new 2012 Kia Sportage for my wife from Carriage Kia. Not only was the sales experience superb but the service department is top notch. I've had our Sportage serviced twice thus far and each time the service department has completed the services right the first time and had me back on the road when promised. Service Department We had the first service apt. on our new Kia Sorento we leased on 09/21/2012. The people were great. I ceetainly plan to continue to use them for service to our Sorento, which has been everything that it was advertised to be.
2012 Kia sportage maintenance Excellent, quick service of my 2012 Kia sportage that I purchased for carriage Kia. The first 4 services are free so that's a plus too.

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! DON'T EVER USE THEM TO BUY A CAR!! I am new to car shopping. I made the horrible mistake of shopping here first. I can think of many mistakes I made and things I was pushed into because of my lack of knowledge but one of them was allowing them to trick me. I bought the 2010 Kia Forte. Everything I expected exellent service, friendly staff, quick service. I had a 7:30 appointment and was back on the road by 8:15. The service tech found a nail in my tire durring his inspection which saved me from a flat in the future.
