Overall made the experience as complicated as possible so they could screw us. SHADY SHADY SHADY BUYER BEWARE Make sure to scroll down about 30 reviews. The positive ones are obviously written by Carriage. Its not hard to make a fraudulent account.
Impressed!! The service was exceptional!!! They was our sales person and he did an amazing job!! He worked with us and gave us his undivided attention. We never felt rushed or like we HAD to accept the deal they gave us. Def will be recommending this location to friends :)

Jennifer S. Dropped by for an oil change, tire rotation, and balance. I had made an appointment and they took my car right back. They had it ready for me in just over an hour. I'm not sure how long the wait would be without an appointment, so I'm grateful that they offer an option to make an appointment. The waiting room was very comfortable and spacious. I'll defintely return for future maintenance.
AM FILING SUIT!!! These people are out of there DAMN mind. They dont care about you!! They tried to get me to lie about where I lived to be approved for the loan when I refused they kept my 14,000.00 Down payment and my trade in. Trade in was a 2004 Jaguar xj8. So guess what they told me my only option was. A 2002 yukon with 175k miles on it.
