Carriage Cares! Really?? Cares about what exactly? Their advertising slogan is "Carriage Cares". The question is, "What do they care about?" BUYER BEWARE! We recently bought a Kia Forte from this dealership. When we took the car in for its first service, the technician advised my husband that one of the tires was bad and that he had never seen a tire lose its tread in the middle of the tire. He also advised us that we would have to pay for another tire because the damaged one was due to "road hazard." !!!SHADY SHADY SHADY!!! Very dishonest! They changed the figures on the buyers agreement. They said they were giving us $12000 for our car and then gave us $9000. Overall made the experience as complicated as possible so they could screw us. SHADY SHADY SHADY BUYER BEWARE Make sure to scroll down about 30 reviews. The positive ones are obviously written by Carriage. Its not hard to make a fraudulent account.

Everything I expected exellent service, friendly staff, quick service. I had a 7:30 appointment and was back on the road by 8:15. The service tech found a nail in my tire durring his inspection which saved me from a flat in the future.
Used Car CON MAN I recently bought a Kia Amanti from this dealership two weeks ago. I took the car for an extended test drive over the weekend before I bought the car. When I bought the care I told the salesman that the brakes on the car were scrubbing and the front head light high beam was out.
