I went in at 1pm as a regular customer to diagnose my A/C issue and consider if it would be worth fixing. They diagnosed it quickly and were able to fix it by 5.30pm upon request by me as I wasnt sure when I'd be able to sort it. They were busy and did what they could to get it working in these temperatures - even staying later than normal. Don’t leave anything in your car when you book a service. They stole my expensive ODB diagnostic tool, very unprofessional.
Last year i needed to get a MOT on my previous vehicle & came across Carrera Worx in Brentford. Tony was very helpful & managed to fit us in despite it was last on Saturday & busy. Tony was amazing. Kind and honest. My car brokedown due to engine oil problems and he did a Major Service plus checked for leaks. He made sure everything was working and gave me great advise. Great price too!
