Had flooring booked in 29th November 8am, we had ripped the flooring up the night before leaving bare concrete floors. my partner took the day off work unpaid to be then cancelled at 9am, we had to wait another 5 days to eventually get this done, no form of compensation offered each email I send falls on deaf ears. They should take ownership of this to keep the customer happy when you pay good money to be let down! Only positive is the floorer did a good job. Won’t be using this company ever again ! Be warned people out there they charged me 190.00 for half a roll of underlay and two door bars and grippers . Disgrace charging a oap that much just for underlay and door bars and grippers , then to pay 50 pound on top to fit the carpet that wasn’t as much as the underlay . More like rip off to your door . The fitter were good , well the one that fitted the carpet Arthur was really good he done a good job . But definitely won’t be using you again !!
Had stairs, landing and hall carpet laid today by Dale and Conner, thank you lads Very happy with result and the speed and efficiency they worked at, also the way my enquiry was handled by Katie fast and again efficient, as my time is precious with being a Community carer. Jordan and Steve were great! So much more pleasant to have down to earth people who come in and have a laugh with you than miserable gits haha, they even helped move the furniture back, and the flooring looks amazing. Thanks.
Excellent service fitters went above and beyond moved furniture etc would definitely recommend this company.
