Went into Taunton branch (Priory Fields Retail Park) yesterday and spoke to Donna. She was brilliant sorted me out with what I needed, very happy.
I was very happy with the quotation process and the fitters did a great job. However the run around one receives when attempting to get a refund for product quoted and not used is truly unprofessional. I was informed by the person that gave the quote and the fitters that I would need to just call the store and a refund for unused product would be processed. Horrible customer services at store. They are even not able to calculate. Keep calling for get my quote. Maybe they dont want to sell their carpets
