Chose my carpet for the hall, stairs and landing in store. The man came out to measure it up. I was told that the office would ring me later that day with the quote. Two weeks later I am still waiting! I have since taken my business elsewhere. Rubbish unreliable customer service.
Wife went in here today and two of the staff who dealt with her were initially deep in conversation with each other. The lady late 30's and guy early 30's were at the desk. They both seemed somewhat peeved that my wife had basic questions that they had to answered. The wife said they came across as inconvenienced and a bit snooty. The shop was quiet my wife was friendly and respectful but they really weren't bothered. The experience was 23rd June 2024 just before 2pm.
Amazing fitting of our carpet from Jay , Mike, Ste and the other brilliant fitters. All were helpful, quick and extremely efficient. We are very grateful and delighted with the excellent service. Thank you. I would highly recommend Jay’s Carpets and flooring.
