Came into Tapi close to closing time, after having an awful experience elsewhere. Paul immediately came to my rescue and helped me pick from a range of samples and booked me in for my measure up at a time that suited me. Great customer service, particularly given that it was so late in the day. Would definitely go back!
Had a really great experience with Paul Wilson today. My girlfriend Ellen and I wandered in, half expecting the flooring to be out of the budget we were working with. Almost as if by fate, we spotted a stack of really nice warm rustic oak laminate flooring tiles - pretty much the quantity we needed - in the clearance section. They all look in perfect condition. Just a bunch of incompetent sale man trying too hard at selling things you don’t need. They rather loose customers than making commission.
Great service from Paul, helped us find the right carpet for our needs, was quick to get our estimate. Left happy and satisfied with our purchase.
