Absolutely shocking service throughout. Manager avoids any responsibility and lacklustre attitude from staff. Took our money, didn’t order the carpet or book a fitter, we had to chase them the day of fitting to find this out. Was told we would get compensation, never received. Only received an apology from staff when pointed out we hadn’t had one. AVOID!! (Edit - emailed our complaint, as per their request, on 28/05/2024. No response. What a surprise!)
