We were unfortunately scammed by this store to purchase additional flooring and underlay we didn’t need. It’s upsetting when you put your trust in a reputable brand and they take advantage of you. We initially had a home measure up visit and then went in store to finalise our choices. When the time came for our flooring to be laid we were advised by our independent fitter that we were sold the wrong door bars which didn’t fit and also have £400+ worth of materials we don’t actually need to complete the job, as such are left ... read more
The guy gave me wrong information that we will discount you a lot and don’t consider prices mentioned on the label we will give you much lower price 2 days before. Finally today me and my wife came here from Feltham long way 1.5 hours and took off from job both of us and chose everything in the store when it came to the price they told me we give you 10 percent off only that is already mentioned on the price label for all the products I asked them you said that will be much lower than what is mentioned on the label and I sho... read more
First time in the store and we had a wonderful time. We had a great experience thanks to the store assistant (Sid) who helped us during our visit. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products, answering all my questions with confidence and patience. His friendly attitude and expertise made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile—excellent customer service! He was so lovely and welcoming.
I popped this carpet shop a months ago and i bought carpet for one bedroom and hallway they charged me for high quality of carpet but they fitted low quality carpet with unprofessional fitter guy now i need to replace my carpet. I highly recommend to do not buy carpet from this shop.
