Absolute shambles!! telephoned store to book measuring appointment for day/time that i am only available for. when i rang a few days later to make sure the measuring appointment was booked in i was told they were coming on a different day to what i booked!! i have been chasing this up for days and still got no where. i get told they will send confirmation via email which did not happen. i get told they will call me back and dont. you also have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks before they can fit the carpets which is no good to m... read more
