quite clearly they do not want any business , had my place measured for carpet , then asked for the quote and a breakdown in price , never got it , kept phoning and sending emails , nothing , finally I got a email telling me the care package I would be buying ! No I still want my quote with the breakdown in price ! They did say I would have to pay for administration, really ! well I would have to pay for them to source a carpet fitter , isn’t that their job to do that anyway , surely them phoning the carpet fitter is part of... read more
