Absolutely shocking service!! Carpet fitters not turned up after emptying entire house and booking a day off work. Even called TWICE to confirm at the chelmer village store and they said yes we are down for a delivery. Called at 2pm as no show and they said oh actually your carpet isn't in..sorry what !!!! So now not only have myself and my husband lost money from not working out entire upstairs of our house is the garage and they can't even confirm when carpet will be in and fitted.
