Checked to see closing times today, said 6.00 p.m. Arrived 5:20 p.m. as wanted to arrange a date for rooms to be measured (3 rooms and a hallway). Had already seen carpet we wanted £20+ per square metre plus underlay etc. We walked towards the door but it didn't open. The man standing in the shop waved his hand to say they were shut. Unfortunately you missed a sale.

Not impressed so far. When I rung them they hung up on me and when I rung head office to complain the guy who was handling my complaint was equally rude and snappy. Just hoping they decide to show up at some point to fit my parent's carpet, at 90 and 94 years of age they don't need all this hassle.
