Radostina was so lovely and friendly! We had called in needing a carpet for my bedroom which i needed the very same day. She was so helpful and understood exactly what i was looking for and when i went in and saw the carpet it was gorgeous and just like she described. Thankyouu Radostina :)
Useless and lazy service from the dark haired guy who wears glasses (I believe he is the manager) as the other guy Laurence appeared to be doing all the work whilst the former just sat at his desk. I was after a rug and had the misfortune of being served by this waste of space. The rug I wanted was out of stock, "try again in 7 to 10 days" was as much customer service as I was afforded. Just had the worst customer experience here . Man called Raul as all he would identify himself as was rude unhelpful and unwilling to sell me a 0.5m x 4m price of carpet of a roll because apparently company policy was a min 1m ? When I stated it was twice as much as I needed he told me maybe find somewhere else 🤷🏻♂️ Why on earth would I want to pay twice as much or buy twice as much as I needed. Finished off with “ well there’s no one here to cut it off anyhow “ Take it he doesn’t work on a sales bonus 🤷🏻♂️
Lawrence was an excellent assistant and great service totally appreciated and helpful throughout our purchase
