So Happy !! From quotation through to completion fantastic service. A very pleasant experience given that we were recarpeting our occupied house from top to bottom. Rob the Estimator was so helpful along with Gavin in the store everything scheduled and delivered in an agreed phased approach nothing was too much trouble. I 100% recommend Carpetzone Park Gate. It’s a great store , loads of flooring samples to choose from and their customer service is friendly, efficient and professional. Initially, Gavin visited me to measure up which I was grateful floor as he pointed out that my choice of carpet wouldn’t fit properly under my shutters. He recommended an alternative which was almost identical in colour and fitted perfectly.
