Fantastic experience with CVS carpets! Spent a while going to different flooring shops then came across CVS and now wouldn't go anywhere else. They fitted hard floor and a carpet for me. They had a huge choice to choose from with lots of different brands and price ranges. Tony was amazing, v knowledgeable and the best customer service i've experienced in a flooring shop. Love my new wood flooring. Staff in the showroom were very friendly and helpful. Fitters were amazing. I had a couple of issues with being wrongly advised of fitting times, and didn’t like the finish around my fireplace. This was altered as the company do pride themselves on offering the best experience For the customer. Rachael at the showroom couldn’t have been more helpful in making sure i was 100% satisfied.
