excellent service, rapid ordering and installation; shout out to Ally for his help couldnt be improved, really really first class
The carpet fitter opted to fit my carpet but put his screws through my water pipes. Mark has opted to take no responsibility for the incident. It has cost me in excess of £300 for repairs. He claims carpet trader are not liable whatsoever. I would advise not using this cowboy company. Here’s an image of my roof thanks to their work.
Always use them when ever I need carpets. Highly recommend
Got my granddaughter to try carpet trader for the first time (I've used them on numerous occasions) they fitted 3 bedrooms + stairs The 2 lads were very professional and couldn't do enough for her She was highly delighted with the work and said that she would definitely use them again
Can’t thank this place enough. Fantastic service from beginning to end. The two guys that came out to fit the flooring were brilliant, friendly and professional. The living room looks amazing. Highly recommended.
