Every step of the way the whole process with the Carpet Trade Centre was faultless. From my first visit to the warehouse where the advice was very helpful, to the measuring up service, then the very quick quotation all the way through to the professional fitting, they were a pleasure to work with. I cannot fault my experience with this company and their fitters. Fantastic value for money, quality carpet professionally fitted. I know customers should always expect this kind of service but the low price I paid made me think there might be a problem.... (less than half the other 2 quotes I had) Thank you to you and your fitters
AWESOME!! The guys at the Carpet Trade Centre are brilliant. So helpful with us making our choice of flooring and carpet and the end result is amazing. I would highly reccomend this company, and will certainly be using them again.
From the moment we visited the shop to look at samples, the team was incredibly nice and helpful. The value was unbeatable: the initial quote came in at nearly half the price of a nearby Tapi's! The bloke who came out to measure was also super chill and made the entire preparation process quick and relaxed. The fitting team were brilliant & quick, completing the job to a perfect standard. We highly recommend this shop and will look to use them again when we get the rest of our flooring done.
