Extremely unreliable. Kept saying they'd attend for assessment and quote. Eventually when he, Denish, did attend, he kept forgetting to send the quote despite repeated requests and thus caused a lot of delays in our work. Very unprofessional.

Excellent service from start to finish, rooms were measured precisely to avoid wastage, offered advice on different types of carpets, fitters were helpful with moving some of the furniture and left the rooms tidy after the work was completed. I would highly recommend them.

Carpet Rite have been a reliable source of carpet for my family for 35 years. The first carpet that Dennis recommended was a Brintons Wilton wool carpet. Great quality, going strong 35 years later

Visited the shop with measurements to obtain a quote, and choose carpet I was told that I would be emailed and after two weeks had to phone up due to no such email being received. I was then informed that he (Ralph ) needed to come on site to measure up and that he would contact me tomorrow. I received no such contact so have decided to go to a local competitor. Quite disappointed , that a small local independent business treats its potential customers in this fashion.
