Great customer service, patient and knowledgeable staff. They have a wide range of carpets and prices are good as well.
We just had a new stair runner, vinyl flooring, and laminate flooring fitted by Carpet Options, and we are really pleased with both the process and the result. Ian was an accommodating guide, doing everything he could to help us come to a decision we were happy with over multiple visits. All the guys who did the fitting were pleasant and diligent workers (Andrew, Mark, and Paul), who take pride in their work. Special thanks to Paul who went above and beyond to make sure it was just right.
