Orders a carpet 5 meters wide to include the offcut to be used on 11 stair treads. Salesman rang me in the morning advising he ordered the wrong size as it was 4 meters wide. Had the carpet fitted however no threshold gripper which we ordered and paid for arrived. Fitter called Mark fitted and old scratched one he had in his van. Had a lovely experience with this company, great customer service from the moment we enquired, the lovely vikki came and measure at no extra cost and advised me on the best quality of carpet for the area we were getting carpet and flooring for, it was staright forward and helpful from the outset. Fitter were friendly and helpful when I request help moving an item of furniture, hands down best carpet company in Fareham!
Alledged Manager Vicky at Fareham don’t bother with her if you have an issue not interested in resolving it! Very Rude and arrogant. Does t bother responding to emails.
