The actual materials was really good quality, are carpets look lovely however the vinyl guy who did our bathrooms said “he doesn’t seal it” so meant the bathroom floor wasn’t waterproof and we had to get someone in to do the mastic so we didn’t get water rot under all the new flooring. The carpet guy didn’t finish the carpets properly and had gaps coming up the stairs & we had to ask for them to come out again & it still hasn’t been finished properly. I highly recommend carpet Mills They fitted my bedroom carpet, they arrived within the window they said. Mick was the fitter very nice man very polite and clean worker cleared all the offcuts into a bag Will when ready use Carpet Mills again + Mick. Mr. N P Brookes.
Used Carpet Mills twice now for our bedroom flooring and our kitchen. Instantly attracted to them being a family business. Both times received excellent service from Ethan in store who was very helpful on many occasions and just generally a lovely lad. On both fittings, we’ve had the same fitter, Gerrard who has also been excellent. Will continue to use Carpet Mills as and when and would definitely recommend them 😊
We have recently had our bungalow carpeted & hall & kitchen laminated . The service we received when we entered the shop was excellent . You stored the carpets etc until we wanted them . The fitters were great especially Daniel , we also had Carpet mills at our old house . Definitely recommend them , so helpful & professional , many thanks to you all . Ted & Noreen Bickford
