Since I have lived in Twickenham I have always used Carpet Mart Premier Floors for carpet and laminate / wooden flooring. The team in the shop are extremely professional with discussion on preference versus budget but still with the whole intention in mind. I've had the whole of my ground floor replaced. The fitters were impeccable. Letting me know what they were doing and for how long and always tidying up as they go along. The whole process from purchasing to fitting was a service 2nd to none. Highly recommended
The team at Carpet Mart helped us with both our LVT and carpet throughout our renovation. They were brilliant to deal with, recommended competitive products and ensuring the whole process went smoothly. Their fitters were a delight to deal with and I’m definitely a customer for life.
I popped this carpet shop a months ago and i bought carpet for one bedroom and hallway they charged me for high quality of carpet but they fitted low quality carpet with unprofessional fitter guy now i need to replace my carpet. I highly recommend to do not buy carpet from this shop.
